This is one proposed regional hub I support, when previously I would've backed a push to cap the number of hubs (hubcap, geddit, geddit?):

Singapore offers to be UN regional disaster coordination hub SINGAPORE : Singapore has offered to be the United Nations' regional tsunami disaster coordination centre, extending its offer of not just military bases and facilities but also office space, too .I'd support the regional hub proposal even more if the office space were at the brand spanking new building on One Marina Boulevard. (I'm still watching you, you NTUC!)

That's a great location for a hub - sure can get taxis one.
And the address very easy to remember some more. One would think the building should have been XX Shenton Way or YY Collyer Quay.

i've been wondering why doesn't ntuc use biodegradable plastic bags like carrefour ah? or for that matter, cold storage. if u ever feel like writing petition for this, please post on your glob hor?
Give them the idea and they'll SELL you biodegradable bags to replace the non-biodegradable ones they'll keep issuing.
