Weekend? What weekend?
I've been telling my friends about my 14-day work week, which now looks to stretch to 21, and maybe more.
A holiday is what I need, and a holiday doesn't look anything remotely like happening in the near future.
Add to that the headache one gets from the stuff one keeps reading in the newspapers, and it makes for a very grumpy stretch. I didn't even feel like going partying when my equally grumpy friends asked me to.
But I tell you what, the beef noodles and the wonton noodles at Lavender Food Square (upgrade liao become Square) are just the wurl's best.
The Scarlet, Erskine Road
Surf stop: better living through buttermilk (Welcome back, Nick)
iTunes' party shuffle is playing a copy of: Amado Mio - Pink Martini - Sympathique, of which I have the original CD and therefore didn't steal music.
