Customer service you cannot refuse

Like the Cowboy said, there's a lot of anger going round these days, and today, there was none more angry than my friend George (not her real name). George has been exchanging words with the people at Casa Italy, from whom he ordered a sofa in a particular shade of red, more than a month ago. When it was due for delivery, the people at Casa Italy called George up, and said something to the effect of, 'Oops, we got your sofa, but wrong colour, it's pink. You still want it?' George said no, of course, and the Casa Italian said, 'OK we got another customer who has the one you ordered, but not exactly the same, you want?' 'Course not!'. Coupla weeks later, the sofa comes, red, but still in a wrong shade of red, so George asks for a refund, and Casa Mafia says, 'No, it's not our policy to give refund, and anyway, it's a shade of red'. 'But it's the wrong shade of red'. George protested. 'I don't believe you', said the Casa Italian. 'What the fuck?', said George. More words were exchanged, and the Casa Mafiosi told George in no uncertain terms that the furniture company was 'under no obligation' to make sure George got what he wanted. (George took this matter to CASE, but CASE said he hadn't a case, because his purchase order wasn't more specific than 'red' for the colour of the sofa). Sorta makes up for the previous photo, no?
