Heinz Spasgetti
I was starving tonight but didn't go out eventually because I was waylaid by IM convos.
And so, I 'made' supper. You know what Heinz Spasgetti is like, so no need to tell y'all.
But, Bill Bryson, in one of his wonderful books called "Made In America", reveals:
The great thing about a slogan was that it didn't have to be accurate to be effective. Heinz never actually had '57 Varieties' of anything. The catch-phrase arose simply because H.J. Heinz, the company's founder, decided he liked the sound of the number. Undeterred by considerations of verity, he had the slogan slapped on every one of his products he produced, which in 1896 was already far more than fifty-seven.
And then, and then, I buggerise around the net and see what I find? It doesn't get any better than this. A videoclip of a TVC with Jeon Ji-Hyun in rugby AND cricket gear!

man... your eating habits are even worse then mine...
hey! That heinz spagghetti looks interesting.. never seen it before.. is it good ?!!
Fiona, it's canned Spazghetti. Course it's good!
Cowboy, you don't eat canned food meh?
if it's baked beans or chicken curry, I'm easy.
But entire meals outta a can are a big no-no. Once I take that option, it's downhill all the way from there...
Spazghetti on toast. The toast is almost-fresh bread from the shop, so not canned. So not complete canned meal. Can? I am not unhealthy. I am not unhealthy.
Those Campbells beef stew things are also pretty nice what...with overnight rice from the fridge
become like muifan
alt: sounds like yummy, does the canned thing contain bak chor? or jus tomato puree? makes a diff u know...
Yes, canned beef stew is delicious. I always carry a few during reservist field training to supplement the already delicious MREs.
And no, the can I had last night is not of Bolognese.

That's correct. Try Cold Storage.
