why do ppl hate bosses so much???
have u considered that maybe, the worker really sucks at his/her job?
sure some bosses are real hard ass, but the thing is the company, you can work for 100years and get some funny award for senior employee, but companies' main focus is to survive.
employees benefits are just little treats so that u guys will be happy.
